November 2016 Riverfront Recap

As I mentioned in October’s recap, the fourth quarter presents significant opportunity for both Buyers and Sellers alike. Apart from the spring selling season which is traditionally the busiest, I am a firm believer in the fourth quarter as the second best period of time to buy and sell real estate. This year is no different as the past two months have been amongst the strongest of the calendar year. Capitalizing on the robust inventory, this month saw eleven closings…inching closer to last year’s volume. Let’s take a quick peek at this month’s production:
