Consistent with January 2016 (seven sales), this past month Riverfront Park supported six new sales. With escrow periods averaging 30 to 45 days, production in January is generally more indicative of buyer demand for November and December rather than the first of the year. For instance, of the six sales in January, five of the residences were placed Under Contract in either November or December of 2016. Let’s take a peek at the numbers and sales figures:

Today, there are fifteen residences Under Contract in Riverfront Park encompassing nine different buildings within the neighborhood. Furthermore, fourteen of the fifteen residences Under Contract were executed since January 1st – an indication that the spring selling season has commenced.
