Another seven residences sold in the shortened month of February in Riverfront Park. Thus far in 2017 we have seen considerable movement in Monarch Mills and the Promenade Lofts. In 2016, the two buildings supported five and eight sales, respectively, which means each of the buildings are on their way to matching the turnover from last year. In addition, this month saw two affordable housing units sell within the neighborhood: Creekside, Unit 110 and Monarch Mills, Unit 509. Year-to-date, nearly $7M in real estate has transferred in Riverfront Park.

Currently there are eighteen residences under contract in the neighborhood; twelve of which were placed under contract in February indicating a strong start to the spring selling season. In total, there is approximately $13.5M of pending real estate in Riverfront Park.

As was the case for last month’s recap, today there are twenty-three residences on the market ranging in price from a $4.1M penthouse in Riverfront Tower to a $380,000 one-bedroom residence across the promenade in Park Place Lofts.
