The past two months in Riverfront Park have been quite remarkable in terms of sales. In March and April there were more than 30 sales recorded. This is in stark contrast to the first two months of the year when only 13 properties exchanged hands.
The distribution of sales is also noteworthy as every development within the neighborhood has seen at least one sale except for the Art House. With that is a diversity in price points. Through the first four months of the year there have been sales ranging from $271,000 up to a $1,400,000 townhome facing Little Raven Street.
Interestingly, property value distribution is as follows:
Below $500,000: 17 residences
$500,000 to $749,999: 15 residences
$750,000 to $999,999: 7 residences
Above $1.000M: 4 residences
