Riverfront Park’s neighbor across the bridge was just awarded the Urban Land Institute’s Global Award for Excellence. The massive redevelopment project is one of 10 awarded a prestigious ULI Global Award for Excellence on October 6.
The redevelopment project is the result of a collaboration between East West Partners, Continuum Partners, Trammell Crow Co., Union Station Alliance, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Kiewit, AECOM, and Hargreaves Associates. This is the second Global Award for Excellence for East West Partners, developers of Riverfront Park (the first was in 2011), and also the second win for Continuum Partners, for Belmar in 2006.
Living in Downtown Denver’s Riverfront Park is already amazing. As the Union Station Neighborhood continues to be develop residents enjoy new amenities including two new grocery stores (A King Soopers and the under construction Whole Foods), new restaurants, shops, bistros and more amenities all within footsteps of the hub of Denver’s light rail.
