Something special is happening at Zengo in the month of November.  We love the Culinary Tour Menu’s that Richard Sandoval introduces us to as the Zengo menu changes throughout the year (See our post of the Winter Menu Here).  But we have never had an opportunity to share the experience of the menu with the Chef.

That all changes on Wednesday, November 18th with a limited engagement to enjoy a cocktail hour and 3 course wine pairing dinner with Chef Richard Sandoval himself.  Seating is limited so those who want to join in on this experience should call to reserve at 720.9044.0965 quickly.  The cost for the Meet, Greet, Toast with The Chef is $65 per guest.

5-7 PM | Mingling Cocktail Hour with Chef Richard Sandoval

7 PM | 3 Course Wine Pairing Dinner

1ST COURSE | Hamachi Ceviche paired with Veramonte sauvignon blanc

2ND COURSE | Broiled Scallop paired with Veramonte pinot noir

3RD COURSE | Shanghai Strip Steak paired with Primus cabernet sauvignon
